Role Description :

Business Development

- Should be able to lead and manage RFPs from prospects and existing clients

- The ability to develop and manage pipeline, analyze penetration, define and implement strategies, track competitor activity, plan and follow up for breakthroughs, newer opportunities and incremental growth

- Should be able to work with different stake holders to come up with a compelling proposal

- Should be strong both in presentation skills

Solution Development

- Ideate and create new concepts, thought papers

- Visualize client trends and convert them into solution concepts

- Convert solution concepts into minimum viable solutions/prototype

- Manage and collaborate with IT/BPO teams for solution development

- Responsible for all projects delivery in the assigned Line of business/account. Need to closely work with multiple horizontals and teams and make sure she/he acts as an integrator between different teams and provide a single face to the customer

- Compliance to rigor of SDLC process needs as prescribed by enterprise standards

Resource Management

- Collaborate with onsite counterparts to build strong teams

- Implement and anchor key HR processes for the team ? performance management, promotions, normalization of the team ratings and recommendations on rewards

- Manage and motivate performance of the team through reviews, coaching and development

- Build a second line for all key roles and persons

- Identify and implement training requirements as needed

Financials & Operational

- Own revenue/margin/ resource forecasts

- Analyze any variation in various financial parameters and take actions to correct the same

- Where necessary, prepare and maintain contracts and legal documentation and follow-up with onsite if there is discrepancy

Behavioral Skills

- Communication - The ability to listen, articulate and adapt communication to create a high level of impact with different audiences

- Interpersonal Effectiveness - The ability to create, nurture and enhance professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders towards attaining common goals
