Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure / ITES background  - Assist NSS (Network & Systems Services) in realizing their goals through discussion, value addition, through IT business case presentations.   - Add value by ensuring the proposal/way forward strategies are successfully presented, by having knowledge of ROI, SOI, CBA, pricing components, investment summary, awareness & understanding of existing & new IT infrastructure technology in Cognizant & the market, for approval.  - Identify areas of improvement within Internal systems to drive effectiveness  - Market Research: Conducting In-depth research about account and providing inputs/insights on geos, services, account   - Ability to bring a business understanding to issues  - A positive approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities  - Creating collaterals: Creating capability decks, case studies, mailers and contribute to creation of assets   - Prepare and review RFPs, RFIs, MSA, SOWs etc. Participate in Client/Project calls when required and assist in providing effective solution, responses with inputs from SMEs, from NSS point of view.  - Strong communication skills: all forms - verbal, written, email, telephone  - Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills  - Well versed with MS Office Suite - especially MS Excel and MS PPT  - Process orientation and an eye for details  - Self-starter, willing to work with minimal supervision and guidance  - Proven experience of making senior management presentations for organization capabilities, delivery model, industry point of views etc.  - Participating in internal discussions, communicating and tracking action items  - Ability to come up with ideas and solutions
