Objectives:

- To deliver on the strategy, build mind share and adoption to DWBI&PM services across strategic proposals and opportunities

- Drive quality proposal/ RFI responses and BD team nurturing - creative/ consultative writing involving positioning & perspective of concepts, need and solution

- Manage stakeholder relationships (DWBI and account) across all verticals and geographies

- To contribute towards top line revenue growth

Responsibilities include:

- Business pursuit

1. Ensure timely delivery of quality proposal/ RFI responses globally

2. Manage/ oversee strategic and complex proposals/ presentations

3. Exhibit consultative skills to help team with response stands on tricky and complex response sections/ topics in proposal/ deck context

4. Crisis / recovery management – Getting proposals/ work pieces back in track on short-notice; execution of work pieces in short time window

5. Review and guide on pricing models, estimations and solution/ differentiator positioning

6. Participation in client presentations at offshore (India)

- Team management

1. Mentoring, ensuring growth and sustenance of interest at work

2. Training sessions – conduct and arrange


- Practice perspective

1. Continuous refinement of BD Knowledge repository

2. Maintenance and reporting of practice pipeline

3. Refinement/ update of existing frameworks/ concepts

4. Crafting of new frameworks/ concepts
