Our reach extends across the length and breadth of the country.  Locations including airport lounges, railway stations, road transport hubs, petrol stations, malls, corporate, offices, schools, colleges, hospitals, restaurants and hotels.  We are looking for individuals who are pro active and have a desire to be a talented HR - Generalist with good grip on several HR functions for East Region and AP/Telangana (Base Location will be Hyderabad)  Job Responsibilities:  1. Translating company's objectives in the Area/Region  2. Ensure Smooth End to End Recruitment using various portals and channels  3. Taking care of the Complete Training / Induction of all the new New Joinees including new Campus Hires with innovative frameworks  4. Taking care of Compliance and Payroll ( for both On roll and Off roll) for the regions under the individual  5. Employee Engagement Activities on a periodic basis to motivate the employees  6. Analyse and Manage Attrition   7. Analyse and Manage all the Joining and Exit Formalities for the regions  Location:   Base Location will be Hyderabad. The individual will have to travel for 1-2 weeks to Kolkata every month to take care of East and North East region HR Activities for employees.  Languages: Preferred Telugu, Hindi and English speaking individuals.
