The candidate will be responsible for India & AMEA Region   Principal Responsibilities :   Planning :   - Responsible for managing the entire Centre of Excellence (CoE) including supervising the CoE team.   - Develops an overall curriculum, assessments, roadmaps and competency plans for client audiences.   - Uses expertise in brand specific training products to recommend and/or modifies existing training programs or create new courses.   - Collaborates with sales and delivery teams regarding course content.   - Promotes the availability and schedules of course offerings to existing and potential customers and the public.   - Assignments require extensive evaluation of alternatives and data.   - Reduces cost of training which impacts profitability of the business directly and indirectly, reducing cost of delivery without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.   - Actions, guides and impact the successful delivery of trainings with complete customer satisfaction.   Team Management :   - Helps the team in understanding the entire cycle of the system.   - Provides timely training to the team on the processes and helps them resolve issues and escalate to the Management if the need be.   - Monitors the performance of the team and help close the loop holes for the smooth completion of all the activities.   - Motivates the team as and when needed.  If interested please share your updated resume or call at 9999761070
