Java - Open Source COE Head

Location : Pune

- Candidate profile:-

- Minimum 15 years of overall experience

- Handson on Java and open source technologies like

Understanding of any of below technologies

- eCommerce ( Majento/Hybris), open source (Java, PHP, RoR), enterprise content management (Adobe Experience Manager, Jive, Liferay, Drupal, dotCMS), Integration (TIBCO, WebMethods, WSO2, MuleSoft), Python, Alfresco, PHP, HTML, Angular, EXTJ etc

- Should have experience on Delivery management (around 10 yrs) and Presales (1-2yrs). A good delivery person with string technical skills can also be considered, even if there is no formal experience on presales.

- Good communication - articulation skills

- Customer facing experience and ability - US/UK

- Should not have any travel restrictions

Span:-

- Will be heading Java COE and practice managers from Pega, CQ5, Magento, ECM etc will report in to this position

- Currently the position has 3 to 5 direct reportees

- Has 500 Java + Open source resources in CAS (Off the role there are 2000 java resources which may come under his preview at any point of time)

- 60-80 bench resources

- Current revenue - 25 million dollars which is expected to grow 20% YOY

Responsibilities:

- Solution designing

- Creating new COE and driving new competency building

- CXO level presentations and defending proposals

- Supporting delivery and fixing problems

- Talent Acquisition and designing training strategy for the COE
