We are on upcoming start-up into online personal styling & fashion.

We are looking for the core team member as a CTO or a Head of Technology. It is much more than a job and main goals in first few months will be to build the product and technology for the organisation & Technology team & its strategy, manage systems and its maintenance regularly.

Your responsibilities and role would include following:

- Work on the UI/UX designing & Product Design.

- Building Product from scratch.

- Providing guidance and mentoring other junior technology members of the team.

- Building Technology infrastructure for robustness and scalability in future.

Note: We're a start-up with very limited funds and in an ideation phase. So we may not be able to pay you salary in the initial months. (I understand that some may not be in a position to do that if that's the case, we're not the right firm for you, at least for the time being.) But as a core team member, you'll be given equity stake. But the success of the startup is far from guaranteed, so there is a huge amount of risk you'll be taking if you decide to join us.

This job requires you to build the product from the scratch and manage/grow the development team.
