This platform will try to mitigate the issues which is being ignored on global scale. The start up is backed by founders and promotors who have already built 2 successful companies in the past and is on advisor/investor board of 2 other new start ups in India.   Growth plan :   Starting with Mumbai and then to cater to 5 major cities in first 6 months and subsequently expanding the services in other parts of the company followed by international expansion.   Initial team composition :  1 CTO (Co founder), 1 COO (Co founder)  4 member - tech development team  8 member - business development team  2 member - Advisory and consultancy team  Roles and Responsibilities (CTO) :  - To guide and build the scalable technology platform for the concept  - To lead and build the suitable tech team for the task  - To develop and guide the tech team for android and IOS applications  - To build smart data analytics platform  Compensation (CTO) :  - Suitable combination of Cash and Equity  Preference : IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT pass outs or others who hold expertise in technology
