Job: CTO/ Co-founder

Location: Delhi/ NCR

Must haves in the candidate

1. Min qualification: B.Tech - Computer Science from Tier -1 College (IIT/NIT)

2. 5-15 years of experience in coding/design roles in Internet startups

3. Hands-on experience in Content Management System and Software Development e.g. Drupal, Wordpress, JQuery, PHP, Python, J2EE, .NET etc.

4. Experience in launching and scaling products

5. Out-of-box thinking and zeal to innovate

6. Startup and Entrepreneurial mindset

7. Execution oriented

8. Ability to think big

Role

- Lead the product development from a technical standpoint, and take end-to-end responsibility for the product from technology selection to architecture, design and delivery as per agreed timelines

- Must be an excellent coder and out-of-box thinker to come up with creative solutions

- Able to engage regularly with key stakeholders in analyzing and evaluating the product functionalities, and provide technical direction to the product

- Bring in passion, dedication and quality into his/her work to develop a world-class product and mobile apps

- Critical contributor in managing product scope, schedule and developer resources

- Own up the design, development, integration and unit testing efforts for the product

- Ready to roll up the sleeves and get hands-on at all times

- Institutionalize best practices in application development

- Managing and directing the product Technical structure & design, navigation, information architecture, and performance

- Identify Technology trends that may support or impede the success of the business

Compensation

- No or minimal sustenance salary (foregone salary may also be converted into equity when VC investment comes in)
