So, the following points are noteworthy.  - The ideal candidate would be a Business Leader with 10 years of rich experience in overseeing the Supply Chain Management and Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Distribution in a decision-making capacity in the Retail sector and Food & Beverages industry.   - As a General Manager of your company, you are currently managing the P&L (or a profit center) of your business for the past 2 years and achieving the agreed-upon performance metrics.  - In the last 3 years, you had accomplished measurable growth and helped the organization enhance the revenue in the eCommerce arena.  - Your entrepreneurial mindset, filled with passion and exuberance towards eCommerce and mCommerce, and competency to lead large teams, that directly impacts organizational performance, will enjoy the role.   - We would ideally be looking at a successful Executive, who is a Business Management Graduate from Top 10 B-Schools (India or abroad with minimum GPA of 3.75 on scale of 5.0 or equivalent), carries a proven track record of successful execution and has gradually progressed in his career.
