In today's startup flourishing market where techies n sales guys are only in demand as co-founder this opportunity comes to you as a first n foremost - HR: CO- FOUNDER- !!

We are looking for a co-founder to serve as the CHRO of our company & head multiple functions.

You will be the member of the co-founding team and will play very critical role to build India's first dynamic HR Solution's company.

And you as CHRO will very much be in the thick of defining the vision, road map and strategy for Brilion along with your other co-founders.

Our requisite factor is someone who is smart and has willingness to work hard and urge to succeed and be a leader.

Those who are inclined for advisor role can also apply.

What Are We Looking For :

- You will be raising and leading the entire team. So it's critical you have a demonstrated track record of leading high caliber teams; hence, we expect someone who has managed entire end to end HR Gamut & knows to setup entire HR function

- Somebody who loves to work out of his comfort zone & try his hands for new innovative stuff.

- Experience in working with Internet based firms (like Google, FB, Amazon, Flipkart, Ola etc.) will be most preferable.

- You have a master's degree in HR (or related disciplines) from a premier institute (preferably IIMs/XLRI/ISB/SCMHRD/NMIMS).

- Excelled in interpersonal, presentation & analytical skills.
