Co-Founder/Chief Technical Officer - Startup - IIT/NIT/BITS

We are an early stage start-up, founded by IIM alumni, backed by well-known angel investors & established entrepreneurs. We will disrupt the way enterprises look at solving complex and sometimes seemingly impossible problems.

The CTO will be responsible for spearheading the entire technology function right from deciding on which platforms and languages to work on to building the team as well as product strategy.

The position will be based in Gurgaon. The position comes with an renumeration +attractive equity.

As CTO you will be a part of the core team. As the thought partner on technology you'll be co-creating the vision and building our technology product, which entails designing, programming, putting together a team, managing process, on-time delivery and ensuring quality & consistency. The overall accountability for system performance is with you.

- Hands-on Product Development

Qualification/Criteria:

- B.Tech/M.Tech (Computer Science Engineering or related field) from IITs/NITs/BITS

Professional Requirements:

- 5+ years of professional experience in technology roles

- Experience in building scalable ERP/automation systems/mobile applications (spike and deep experience in one and knowledge of others)

- Has worked in start-up environment and understand the multi-facets of the CTO role.

- Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular web application framework.

- Ability to build team by leveraging personal and professional networks

- Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications.
