1.) Job purpose: -   India AG Statutory audits and compliances, CNH and statutory financial reporting Process with add on responsibility of controlling vendor payments.   2.) Dimensions: -  - Reprting to : India legal Entity controller   - Position Responsibility (Area Covering): Financial Reporting, Audit, and MIS.  3.) Key Result Areas (KRA- s) / Measures of Performance (MOP- s): -  1) To ensure monthly reporting of financials in Hyperion Financial Management system/Energy.  2) Preparation of statutory financials, coordination with auditors and ensure timely completion of all audits.  3) CNH audit requirements - quarterly and annual.  4) Coordination for SOX and ICOFR compliances  5) Master data management in BAAN for finance and accounts  6) Reports on inventory and variances.  7) SG&A reporting of function wise in Energy.  8) To Assist in compliance with statutory requirements - providing financial data based on   Requirement.   4.) Background Information and Main Activities: -   1) Monthly reporting of financials in Hyperion Financial Management system/Energy includes deriving data from local BAAN system and then mapping the same in accordance HFM/Energy presentation for Consolidation with Global accounts.   2) Preparation of statutory and tax balance sheet and ensure timely completion of audit.  3) SG&A Variance analytics by mapping actuals and historical data.   4) Reporting of expenses as per their functionality in Energy.  5.) Skill Sets & competencies: -  - The position needs strong understanding of business, technical accounting knowledge and ability to implement the accounting principles for being compliant and for the support of the business.  - Regular updated with all the latest changes happening in GAAP (Indian, IFRS and US), compliances and related amendment.  - Hands on experience in BAAN/Other ERP  - Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills  6.) Work Relationship : -  Internal Contacts All departments of AG India, FI - APAC and FI - Corporate Control & CAO  External Contacts Statutory and Tax auditors and compliance consultants.   7.) Qualification and Experience: -  Education- CA  Professional Qualification- Chartered Accountant (ACA)  Experience Relevant Experience  Age 25-35 years
