Job Description of Head CSR (AGM/DGM)   Many companies are now incredibly keen to make sure that their practices, processes, products and procedures are ethical, sustainable and environmentally friendly. In short, they see themselves as having a - corporate social responsibility- (CSR).  This commitment to corporate social responsibility is partly for philanthropic reasons, but an impressive CSR strategy can also enhance a company's reputation and thus maximize its profitability. Also Sec 135 of Companies Act 2013 requires all companies to mandatory spend 2% of its profit on CSR Activities.   Key Deliverables:  - Holding CSR meetings with key internal stakeholders in CNHi to update the status on ongoing projects approved by board and new proposals for internal committee discussion.   - Liasioning with Global CSR Committee/corporate to make sure that activities are aligned with Global CSR policy and strategy.  - Periodically reporting and disclosure on CSR projects status to Secretarial functions to update on CSR Committee on Board and Directors.   - Liasioning with Projects Partners to ensure that projects are running successfully and periodically update the internal CSR Committee on status.   - This position will also be responsible for defining and developing the strategies which underpin a company's CSR objectives.  - Conduct research, come up with ideas, develop policies, create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.  - This position will act as an internal and external representative for your company's CSR policies and projects. And will be responsible for recruiting, managing and training junior staff members on CSR aspects.   - Track and monitor projects to ensure smooth implementation and its compliance   - Track & monitor project deliverables as listed in the MOU to ensure compliance   Implement the project by exchanging MOUs, undertaking team meeting with the NGO Partner.  - Ensure payment releases are initiated as per the agreed timelines   - Execute employee engagement and business convergence initiatives with business teams.(HR,India Business etc.)  - To ensure companies Act requirement of section 135 of Companies Act 2013 is completed and necessary and mandatory inputs are covered under the company Annual report of CSR .
