Ability to write and present clearly and persuasively in English. Proficiency in local language Malayalam is a must.   - Ability to positively influence behaviors and outcomes; guide and influence leadership & manage large teams  - Capacity to inspire & influence team, manage Blue Collar workers  - Front ending experience - Capable of managing the expectation of customers. Ability to effectively network & liaison with them   - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize   - Must have 7-8 years of people management experience  - Having keen analytical & Problem Solving skills  - Goal Orientation  - Ability to handle pressure and deadlines  - Having high level of integrity and honesty  - Proficiency in local language Malayalam is a must & awareness of cultural nuances will be an added advantage.  Position Description :   - Overall Accountability for Territory Operations. Handling 5 Branches ( Kerala)  - Effectively strategizing & handling Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization  - Identifying & managing risk factors during operations   - Analyzing operations carried out with proper infrastructure, like manpower, vehicles, trunks, locks etc  - Managing 1000 ATM's & 700 CDP in the territory.  - The incumbent is accountable to carry out the Operational responsibilities while building partnerships & business relationships with Customers to add value to our product & service in Kerala.   - Monitoring & guiding the team on business operations & actuarial management.   - Responsible for managing the human resources in a effective & motivated manner to avoid IR problems and to ensure smooth operations without hurdles in the Area  - Responsible for profit & loss management for the territory  - Retaining the business & to improve in numbers by providing best in class service to the customers.   - Responsible for achievement of allotted budget through existing & new business.   Operations & Risk Mitigation :   - Cash Management, Cash Reconciliation, Vault Management, SLA Adherence, Auditing and Risk Compliance.   - Responsible for implementing effective Operating Policies, Operating Procedures, Reporting methods (MIS).   - Managing & facilitating the team to operate as per laid down standard operating procedures.  - Planning, implementing & overseeing the route optimization system to increase in utilizing the resources in best possible ways to result in profitability.   - Instructing & managing the branches in maintaining the maximum % in TAT.   - Responsible for timely reporting to customer in MIS on day to day activities, and regular monitoring on operations through periodical reconciliation.   - Responsible for ensuring the report adherence by the Branches.   - Responsible for handling operational queries with due escalation to territory & coordinating with them to accomplish the same to the satisfaction of customer.   - Responsible to develop & drive a sound and proactive risk culture through which key risks are identified, assessed, reported & managed to avoid cash losses or misappropriation of cash.   - Responsible for enacting stringent audit methods & implementing it as mandatory method for the regional team to ensure the flawless operations.
