Cluster Operations Manager - Manufacturing - IIT/NIT/BITS (4-8 yrs)

JOB TITLE: Cluster Manager

REPORTS TO: Regional Manager

FUNCTION: Operations

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations leadership role.

1. Operational excellence improvement and achievement of Operational KPIs

2. Execution of operational plans

3. Managing daily operations - Pitstop network operations at the cluster level, planning and scheduling, documentation and control

4. Operational Unit set up and expansion in the cluster initially

5. Ensuring cost control and optimization

6. Ensuring compliance and adherence to the systems and processes

7. Build, train, manage the team's performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education :

- IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges

- Min 70% marks through out

Years of experience: 4-5

Professional attributes :

- Experience in having managed and controlled factories in a manufacturing set up

- Hands on experience of implementing systems and processes

- Experience in improving operational KPIs

- Ability to build, manage, train and coach a large ops team (- 100 people at various levels)

- Ability to handle crisis situations

Personal attributes :

- Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills

- Outstanding Communication skills

- Ability to work across levels and willingness to get hands dirty

- High energy, drive and ownership

- Excellent people management and leadership skills

- Hustler with go-getter attitude
