You are required to handle all logistics & operations of multiple cities.   Reporting to: Regional Manager  What will you do:   - Design, create, implement & optimize processes  - Develop & implement effective asset management systems, equipment maintenance programs, and SOPs transport operations to achieve revenue targets & operating budgets  - Maximize asset utilization & driving time  - To take charge of all the companys local & cross-city transportation  - Continuously monitor & improvise the logistics process and procedures  - Hire, Train & handle the ground level staff to maintain high standards of delivery  - Address the issues & keep the staff highly motivated  - Develop business by gaining new contracts, analyze logistical problems and produce new solutions.  - Continuously try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures  What you will need:   - BE/B.Tech/MBA from Tier I Institutes  - 2-5 yrs. experience in logistics/manufacturing or other heavy operations sector  - Expert in logistics & operations management   - Have experience in handling 100+ employees  - Must have very strong analytical mind and problem solving skills  - Excellent people management skills  - Highly motivated, discipline and able to work in team environment  People we are looking for:   - Must be a self-starter & capable of hitting the ground running from Day 1  - Strong management & leadership skills  - Passion and commitment (I guess that's a given for working in any start-up)  - Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week  Perks:   - A platform to learn and innovate with highly intellectual people & competitive environment  Compensation: Rewarding salary  Kindly also send your updated profile along with current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.   Roopali Agarwal
