EXECUTIVE HIRING is looking for CLUSTER MANAGER ( MAHARASTRA, PUNJAB, AP, UP ) for a MNC Consumer Major.

REPORTING -
Position reports to the Regional Business Manager.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE -

 - Post Graduate Degree in Business Management - Premiere Business School 2005 / 2006 batch.

 - At least 5 years of sales experience in a Top-tier FMCG set-up out of which at least 2 years of sales leadership experience at ZSM/ASM.

 - Substantial People management/ Leadership experience required.

 - Experience in leading change management projects in medium to large FMCG set-up.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE -

To holistically grow the business in terms of trading profit, value market share, customer satisfaction and depth and quality of talent by leading a field sales & key account teams spanning across 1 or more states, to execute flawlessly, generate visibility for brands and develop a team of great sales people.

ACCOUNTABILITIES -

 - Deliver Trading Profit growth for a Region P&L by leading a sales team of Key Account Managers, and Area Sales Executives and influencing relevant elements of P&L (that can be influenced at the regional level).

 - Own & drive the Sales Strategy in the region and execution plans to deliver value share gains and financial leverage.

 - Nurture Customer relationships & implement category growth plans.

 - Capability Development - Develop the capability of team & self.

 - Contribute commercial insight and leadership.
