Detailed Responsibilities
- Grow Gross Transaction Value
- Drive trade schemes and promotions
- Implement Trade marketing initiatives
- Plan and implement customized business development initiatives at identified retail outlets
- Plan and implement distribution footprint in the cluster
- Drive acquisition of retail outlets
- Appoint distributors & open new towns
- Ensure superior customer service to retail outlets
- drive key metrics to ensure superior market service
- monitor distributor’s service to the market to distributors
- drive key metrics to ensure superior service
- Ensure high active base
- Conduct training sessions
- Resolve problems of outlets
- Revival of dormant outlets
- Coach distributor & distributor salesman
Desired candidate profile
- MBA
- 3 to 6 years Sales experience in Telecom or FMCG
- Exposure to Trade Marketing
- Geographic knowledge will be preferred

- The “Cluster Head” position will report to Regional Head”
