Role : Cluster Head/ Tamilnadu - Coimbatore/ Madurai/ Tamilnadu Upcountry
Responsibilities :
This job would require you to perform the following :
- A Business Manager with 6-12 Years of Experience into Field Sales, Business Development, Channel Management, Team Management
- Business Development for the entire geography
- Build & manage a team of Relationship Managers & Service Managers
- A self starter, should be able to build the brand, concept, processes & operations in the region
- Market intelligence and mapping to identify potential growth areas for possible lead generation
- Developing new relationships and partnerships for distribution channels for maximum loan growth
- Nurture existing channel relationships and optimize our share of business
- Sales promotions and product launches to build market presence and push
Candidate Profile :
- A full time MBA in Marketing with 6 - 12 years of experience
- Good awareness and understanding of the region
- Excellent people skills
- Fluent in English, Marathi & Hindi
