Cluster Head - Pharma

My Client is a leading pharmaceutical MNC:

Reporting to: Associate Vice President

Key Result Area:

- The incumbent will be responsible for a cluster of countries

- Responsible for managing the P&L for the above countries.

- Develop and execute a growth plan in these countries - through a mix of own and distributor led field force

- Increase market share by developing marketing and sales plan for the region. Thus will be done in conjunction with both internal and external stakeholders

- Identify and develop strategic partners / distributors.

- Develop a product portfolio for each country and ensure the same get registered in a timely manner. This would involve working with both internal and external regulatory teams/consultants/distributors

Experience desired:

- In-depth understanding of various Asian pharma-markets.

- Understanding of both retail and hospital segments

- Relationship with key stakeholders - like distributors, regulatory consultants, doctors in some if not all the markets
