Cluster Head - HNI & UHNI Clients - Wealth Management Segment

Cluster Head :

- Execute business plans for the Wealth Management segment

- Drive the continuous improvement of sales processes constantly making them more customer friendly and efficient.

- Hire and train associates with a focus on offering multi products.

- Drive and monitor sales through the team. Motivating the team through regular frontline contact.

Location : Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad

Educational Qualifications

MBA, CFA, CA

Additional Certifications/Trainings (desirable)

NCFM, NISM, IRDA, AMFI

Prior Experience

8 - 12 years experience in Wealth Management or acquisition of Super HNI Clients. Must be from a broking or banking background

Domain Knowledge

Knowledge of Capital Markets

IT Skills

Knowledge of MS Office, Internet etc
