We have this opening for Cluster Head position for our Consumer Electronics and Appliances Division in Salem/Chennai.

Branch Manager/Cluster Head - Chennai/Salem/Coimbatore

Cluster Head will be accountable for sales & collections target achievement for the assigned branch as per Brand /Product / Branch in accordance with Business Plan. He should realize business targets & ensure market share achievement by deeper penetration in the assigned territory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Plan Achievement: You will sign and achieve Sales target and ensure correct product-mix availability for the same.

2. Inventory Management: To ensure accurate stock forecasting at branch level, availability of stock as per norms and control stock ageing in coordination with Sales Admin

3. Pricing [ASP & Schemes]: Ensure Proper scheme is communicated to channel partners and operate as per pricing norms

4. AR Control: Ensure AR norms are within control and timely collections from Trade for smooth cash flow.

5. Internal Governance meeting with support departments: Conduct regular meetings and cordial relations with Support departments (service, logistics, accounts, marketing and others concerned) on pending issues and ensure time-bound closure for smooth functioning and maintain Minutes of review.

6. Network Expansion / Retention: Understand market and trade by regular market visit to ensure and improve trade visibility and confidence. To guide and monitor ASEs on retention, channel management strategies for achieving targeted network expansion norms.

7. Market Visits: Understand market and trade by regular market visit to ensure and improve trade visibility and confidence.

8. Trade Opportunities & Weak Market Development Strategy: Identify trade opportunity by extracting desired business share from the list of identified trade partners with more than 1 lakhs population areas

9. Channel Productivity: To formulate brand-wise channel plan & ensure new channel (Normal Trade / FOMT) development as per business requirement. Evaluate channel contribution & productivity to improve channel productivity.

Qualifications

Graduates with a regular MBA, preferably from Premier Institutes

Around 8+ years experience in Channel Sales, preferably from FMCD/Appliances background, or FMCG, Tyres/Paints/Telecom/D2H Industries.

Good Communication and Team Management Skills

Self-Driven and Sales oriented with a go-getter attitude

Looking for local candidate from Tamilnadu, who can speak local language Tamil.
