We are looking for Cluster Head (AVP level) for one of our reputed clients into Entertainment / Media industry. One would be responsible for handling operations & achieving revenue targets for Chennai Cluster (Chennai, Madurai & Coimbatore).   Department: Operations (Sales & Marketing mix background preferred)   Reports to : Regional Director - South  Reportees : 6 - 8 member team   Qualification : MBA (Premier Institutes only, preferably '06, '07, '08 batchers)   Location : Chennai  Experience : 10 - 12 yrs   Compensation : 30 - 35 lacs   Responsibility :   - Managing existing operations.   - Achieving revenue targets set for cluster.   - Responsible for delegation of targets & Business Planning.   - Monitoring and assessing performance and productivity of all team members reporting into the role.   - Training, developing and guiding team members reporting into the role   - Plan pricing, costs and revenues for new markets   Requirement :   - 10 - 12 years in Sales and Marketing or Business development after post-graduation   - Should have led medium to large team sizes for at least 4-6 years   - Should have handled assignments in both sales & marketing functions   - Should have keen interest in music, entertainment, Bollywood, politics & current affairs   - Leadership skills to manager diverse functions   - Business Acumen to read & spot trends in industry & execute strategy   - Understanding of Marketing function & a Strong Sales & revenue orientation
