Cluster Head- Agri
Client is looking out for skilled individual for the role of Cluster Head- Agri. The locations for this profile are Bangalore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bhopal, Indore. There are 6-7 positions.
The candidate must have :
- Handled Agriculture loan and the related products.
- Strong lending experience
- Atleast 6 years of experience in Agriculture Loan.
- Experience of working in Bank/ NBFC/MFI on the Agri Lending side.
- Understanding of Local language
As a Cluster Head he will :
- Manage 10/12 branches
- Have Area Managers reporting to him
- Take care of end to end process of the branches that comes under his territory.
