Cluster Branch Manager - Bank

We are currently hiring for CBM (Cluster Branch Manager) for leading Bank In Faridabad.

Job Description:

- Allocating Annual operating profits and managing profitability of the cluster

- Setting and monitoring of targets for branches

- Business development and maintaining client relation

- Marketing of third party products

- Managing administration and operation of 4- 5 banks within the cluster

- Handling of audit & compliance issues

Qualifications: MBA/CA

Accountabilities:

- Monitoring Cluster sales targets and conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with branches and the sales team

- Providing advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on funds management while maintaining relationship with key accounts

- Supervising key areas including marketing, business development, team development, cost management, revenue generation

- Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections and compliance experience .
