Cloudtail continues to grow and evolve as a model seller on e-commerce platform - www.amazon.in and is driven by a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship that is core to the company's DNA.   Summary of Responsibilities :   - The Talent Development team works with the Business and HR teams in both Prione & Cloudtail and offers learning and talent development programs that support cultural assimilation, change management and development of our leaders. Our aim is to offer programs, platforms and resources that enable businesses to accelerate talent development and inspire employees to learn and be curious.  - As a member of Prione's Talent Development team, the HR Specialist will support the Talent Management, Talent Development and Engagement Activities for Prione Group. The role requires strong program management skills, ownership and engaging with leaders and managers across Prione and Cloudtail in enabling the organizations to grow and scale.  - This would require the incumbent to understand business groups, business needs and leadership development challenges. Here is a summary (not exhaustive) of some of the areas   - Partner with Talent Development leader, HRBPs and business stakeholders to drive Learning and Talent Development initiatives  - Run learning engagements with clients at the Prione Group : Driving and conducting needs analysis, creating training plans/roadmaps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.   - Partner with clients/senior leadership to identify appropriate metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of team's charter and deliverables.  - Recognize and adapt best practices in the area of Talent Development.  - Own programs that are run pan India for Prione and Cloudtail. Responsible for ensuring the programs continue to deliver against the organization's needs.   - Look at organization wide themes (pan India) and integrate into plans.  Basic Qualifications and skills  - At the least 3 years- experience in Human Resources/Learning and Development. A couple of years of experience in core Learning & Development preferred.   - You should be passionate about developing others, and in creating development frameworks that scale.   - You should have project management experience at the least on mid-size projects.  - Acquaintance with handling large group of stakeholder  - High degree of Customer service orientation and bias for actions  - Exceptional communication and organizational skills
