1. Business:
- Sales planning for the month & ensuring revenue & profit targets are met.
- Ensure the target on service mix at the clinics are met
- Responsible for marketing execution at store level.
2. People Management:
- Responsible for overall team management with respect to:
- Team Engagement - ensuring
- Driving processes and discipline in the team
- Guiding team to do their targets.
3. Service Quality:
- Responsible for overall service orientation towards clients-to deliver a superior client experiential.
- Custodian of and has to drive key service quality processes at the store level.
- Has to personally meet and engage clients and manage HNI clients
- Has to derive service orientation in her team
4. Administrative:
- To ensure smooth running of clinic operations
- Responsible for MIS reports & system updations
- Holder of key processes at the store like appraisals.
- Working days - 6days (Saturday Sunday compulsory working and 1 week off in weekdays)
