Responsibilities The main areas of responsibilities for this role are detailed under:
- Offer Support to sales personnel and clients.
- Product Demo & refresher training to Clients over the phone/at their premises.
- Complete Client account management, which includes understand the client's requirement, Query and complaint resolution.
- Responsible for client Retention.
- Should be able to maintain lowest possible response time to internal as well as external clients.
- Should handle all incoming queries from the clients as well as make proactive servicing clients.
- Data keeping and report sharing with all the stake holders.
- Market analysis to keep abreast of market changes and updates.
- Will be required to coordinate with various internal departments at corporate office to ensure smooth functioning of various client related processes.
Required:
- Candidate should have experience in Google adwords, SEO and SEM.
- Basic technical knowledge of Google Adwords, SEM, Social media etc.
- Should have 1 to 5 years of client servicing experience and campaign management
- Should be a graduate
- Excellent client servicing skills
- Good communication skills. Regional Language is an added advantage.
- Good MS office skills- specially Excel skills.
- Should have good time management skills
