Key Experience :
- We Are Looking For A Professional With Minimum Of 2-4 Years Of Sales And Customer Services Experience Who Will Be Responsible For Developing Prospective Customer Base For The Firm.
- He/she Will Be Responsible For Adhering To Stellar Customer Services Standards Of The Organization While Handling Their Clientele.
Primary Role :
- Receive Inbound Calls; Make Outbound Calls If Necessary To Existing And Prospective Customers. Including Follow - Up Calls To Qualify And Close Business.
- Collect, Generate And Track Customers Inquiries From Prospect Through To Closure.
- Manage Sales Process; Lead / Inquiry Development, Scheduled Sales Tour.
- Accurately And Efficiently Deal With All Sales Inquiries In A Timely Manner And Record Notes / Data.
- Collaborate With Field Based Teams To Provide Great Customer Service, Accuracy And Quality Of Information.
- Co - Operate Effectively With All Other Sales Functions Within Smartworks.
- Manage Time Efficiently To Achieve Goals Related To Phone System Usage.
- Recommend Improvements That Will Positively Impacts Sales And Efficiency.
- (Over) Achieve Agreed Monthly Sales And Productivity In Line With Company Policy, Procedure And Pricing Guidelines.
- Perform Other Duties As Assigned
