About Our Client:   Our client is a specialist Analytics consulting company which has presence in India across Mumbai, Bangalore & Gurgaon with international presence in the US, UK and Singapore. Set up as a specialist Analytics consulting company, they have evolved as a leader in the analytics consulting especially in the Retail and CPG industry with clients spanning across the globe. As a part of their growth plans, they are looking to identify a VP for their business who will act as a partner to their International CPG client based out of the US.   Job Description:   Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for:   - Based out of Bangalore / Mumbai you will be managing this CPG account globally, overseeing a rapidly expanding, highly skilled team based in India and overseas. Moderate international travel expected.   - Providing thought leadership in client's business planning sessions, developing solutions, driving delivery quality and serve as a passionate advocate for the client in advancing solutions that will best build the client's long-term business.   - Acting as trusted advisor to the client on institutionalizing analytical decision making, shape their thinking and influence the decisions they make; proactively identifying client risks or opportunities and effectively responding to client needs.   - Creating measurable business value for the client while at the same time maximizing the revenue potential for Fractal   - Driving account growth with quality delivery at scale with P&L responsibilities   The successful applicant:   - 15+ progressive years of experience in consulting or in the CPG industry in the sales and revenue growth management functions with at least the last 5 years in a lead account management role in the analytics industry,   - Good problem solving and strong experience in CPG space   - Should be well versed with analytics techniques used in CPG space and their applications in Sales / Revenue Management or Sales & operations planning.   - Demonstrated ability to own senior level client relationships come with managing a large, complex client relationship   - Strong executive presence, a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise and polish, excellent presentation skills.   If this is you or you are keen for this role, kindly apply with your updated resume
