Job Title/Location - Client Manager/Delhi
Objective / Purpose of duty:
- Sound knowledge of Networking, telecommunication industry / clients.

- Storage, ILM, Business Continuity
- Microsoft Consulting / Licensing
- Proven and successful track record in Business Development with large clients
- Knowledge of commercial processes and large bid preparations and costing
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Main responsibilities:
- You would be recognized as an expert in your technology area, you'll be changing the ways in which companies work, not just selling a product.
- You would be engaged in both new business and existing accounts, you'll define and implement sales strategies and plans that will outperform quota and deliver net profit.
- And, integrated with the local sales team and liaising with marketing, manufacturing and service specialists, you'll ensure that we deliver the most coherent, best in class solutions our customers could wish for.
Broad Role Definition:
- Managing relationship with large Telecom clients…Uninor, Videocon, Aircel, MTS, NSN
- Understanding “Kaiser’s client” Solutions and services offerings and positioning them.
- Achieve profit margins agreed with the solution lines.
- Attain customer satisfaction objectives.
- Grow company's account penetration with respect to year-to-year revenue growth and committed new business, protect existing revenue streams and ensure customer retention.
- Transactional selling / Business development activities
- Self / Job management and resources allocation for clients
- Achieving key business standards / parameters (revenues and gross margins) for various solutions and services, set for specific business period.
This is an Individual Contributor role.
Qualification: Any Graduate /M.B.A / Post Graduation
Experience - 8- 12 years in the field of IT /Telecom/ Networking Domain
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Candidates must have good Interpersonal Skills , Good People Management Skills .
