Client Development Manager I Logistics Startup   Job Location : Chennai and Ahmadabad  Scope : Handle the complete sales of the given region which includes, selling of storage space to clients looking for a temperature controlled space, placement of Refrigerated trucks for movements across India, arrangement of secondary distribution within the city.  What will you do :  - Create a surface distribution business plan that outlines sales strategies and targets  - Developing new client/customer base and maintain existing customer relations for the cold storage business   - To follow up & coordinate with clients on a daily basis for booking & delivery activities, thus building a rapport with the clients  - Ensure customer satisfaction through timely addressing their disputes  - To achieve the budgeted target in revenue and profits.   - Act as an Initiator and important role for further business expansion plans of the company  - Visiting major customers in the cities and understand their future plans and views on the current market structure of cold storage business in the city  - Maintain 100% Occupancy of the storage space  - Co-ordination with Operations team for smooth running of operations and solving customer issues on time  - Monitor and report fleet movement, coordinate for timely deliveries and adherence to customer schedules  - Interview prospective employees and train new staff members  What you will need :   - BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute.   - 2-4 yrs. experience in sales and business development  - Highly motivated, discipline and able to work in team environment  - Excellent relationship building and people management skills  Perks :  - A platform to learn and innovate with highly intellectual people & competitive environment  Compensation : Rewarding salary
