We are currently hiring and are looking to fill in Advertising Manager positions.

Responsibilities:

- Secure quality advertisers and best possible commercial terms for ClickZoot.

- Contact merchants and networks to establish co-marketing relationships, and proactively manage these relationships on an ongoing basis

- Manage existing agency and client relationships by developing a good understanding their products and corresponding target markets

- Work with the Campaign Management teams to develop campaign proposals, and ensure the clients’ requirement’s are being met

- Present and close campaign proposals

- Post campaign, review campaign performance with client and plan for future campaigns

- Ensure the highest quality of service is being delivered to our clients.

- Develop, track, and manage offers to merchant partners, including establishing benchmarks and reporting relevant metrics.

- Work directly with CTO to develop tracking, testing, monitoring, reporting, and other technological integration with existing systems.

- Lead and participate in training new hires (especially affiliate program managers) in the best practices, customs, and culture of affiliate marketing.

Requirements:

- Maintain a “whatever it takes” mentality initially and have the capacity to develop and lead a team as the program grows.

- Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results manage others in fast paced, dynamic environment.

- Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills

- Keen sense for building a strong external sales force.

- Strong decision making and problem solving skills

- Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills

- Enthusiastic attitude with strong leadership skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
