The Role: A Sales Manager based out of New Delhi.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be responsible for building partnerships with large organizations and financial institutions across India
- You'll recruit and manage an effective sales team to do lead generation, inside sales and in-person meetings
- Allocating targets and managing incentives for the sales team
- Managing the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- 2-6 years experience recruiting, managing and deploying an effective sales team
- Experience with sales automation tools
- Have an extremely data driven approach to sales
