Our aim is to delight our customers with simplicity, accuracy and getting rid of the notion that taxes are complex.   Cleartax is looking for looking for dynamic and motivated Senior Sales .This role requires an individual who has a thorough understanding of sales and marketing processes, procedures, and methodologies, which include relationship based, transactional based and solution based selling.Experience in selling B2B space is Mandate  Location: Bangalore  Responsibilities:  Develop and execute against a focused sales strategy to acquire new business   Leverage relationships to open doors to new strategic business opportunities  Deliver professional sales demos/presentations, both in-person and virtually, to demonstrate how Cleartax product can effectively improve help the prospective client.  Manage escalations and participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure customer and member satisfaction  Be directly involved with the mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new account executives  Requirement:  8+ years of experience in sales selling Solutions to Enterprises by meeting C-level Executives  Highly consultative sales person focused on establishing client needs and building a value-based solution designed to meet or exceed that need.  Excellent communication and time management skills  Strong sales process discipline with the proven ability of meeting and exceeding revenue goals  Ability to develop deep relationships across the organization and influence decision makers at all levels  Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision  Ability to evaluate sound business opportunities and close deals
