Product Manager are responsible for new product planning, executing and delivering world class products on the web and mobile platforms. The products are consumer facing, dealer facing and internal process improvement products. The product management function follows a methodical lean management approach to product management. Our goal is to find out how we can take the product to the next level while executing small experiments to improve the important user metrics. Its a great opportunity to be part of a small, entrepreneurial team delivering industry transforming products which will be taken globally and get dedicated time with business CEO  Key Roles :  - Generate consumer insight and understanding leveraging analytics, primary interview techniques and secondary research  - Deliver product specs, prioritize features, communicate trade-offs.  - Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Design, QA, Support teams to deliver and execute on the roadmap  - Design and run beta / pilot programs with early-stage products and product iteration cycle  - Establish strong product management processes, run daily, weekly reviews  Skills & Expertise :  - Education: CS, Math or EE undergrad background from Tier I Engineering School - IITs, NITs, NSIT, DCE. MBA optional  - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Product Manager  - Experience of developing / launching atleast one mobile product  - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)  - Ability to work in cross-functional settings and influence without formal authority  - Strong project management and coordination skills  - Passionate about design and cars  - Hands on experience of coding in HTML, MySQL, and any scripting language like PHP etc. will be a plus.
