Head - Finance, Risk and Compliance (Start-up Venture Debt Fund) (10-20 yrs)  Description :  - cKers Finance (cKers) is a an innovative project finance company focused on specialized debt products for Energy and Resource Sustainability initiatives. It has been launched by cKinetics (www.cKinetics.com), IIM Ahmedabad's Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (www.CIIE.co) and also backed by Infuse Ventures (www.InfuseVentures.in).  - cKers is looking to recruit a Head of - Finance, Risk and Compliance, looking to join it in its foundation stages- with all the joys and challenges associated with it!  - The candidate should be adept at financial management, accounting and regulatory compliance.   Responsibilities :  You would be responsible for :  - Managing finances for the NBFC including asset liability management, treasury management, budgeting and forecasting  - Regulatory compliance including timely regulatory reporting to RBI, reporting and compliance for Registrar of Companies and other statutory authorities  - Compliance requirements for any offshore vehicles which may be setup for fund raising  - Develop and maintain the financial accounting, management reporting and taxation systems  - Setting up appropriate internal controls and an arms-length and transfer pricing mechanism  - Setup and management of the IT Systems for loan booking, treasury management and accounting  - Assisting the Board of Directors and various Committees of the Board in managing and supervising the operations of the NBFC  - Assisting ED Operations in design and administration of internal credit and risk management policies  - Supporting Investor relations management (both debt and equity investors) including reporting requirements   About You :  Firstly, you should be looking to join an organization in its early stages.  In addition :  - You must have strong analytical ( quantitative as well as qualitative) skills  - You should have a solid financial management and accounting skills  - You should have an aptitude for understanding regulatory guidelines, laws and taxation  - You have excellent communication, writing skills, and presentation skills   You must have :  - A CA/ CFA and CS with 10-12 years of post-certification experience in a similar financial and regulatory management role at a NBFC or Bank or an AIF vehicle  - Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required  - Self-Starter with a proactive approach  - Excellent presentation skills.  - Ability to work - hands-on- and multi-task in an energetic environment.  - Good team player  - Exceptional character and ethics   Desirable :  - Experience in lending/ project financing or investor relationship management is a plus  - Degree in Law would be added advantage   Location : New Delhi, India  If you are interested, please INCLUDE a cover note on why you fit the profile, along with your resume when you apply.
