Designing and construction of hospital experience is a must for this role. Apply only if you fit in to the following:  Key Working Relationships:  - Chief Executive officer or any representative appointed by the CEO   - Operating country managers   - Municipalities and regulatory departments   - Developers/ contractors   - AutoCAD Designers   - Attorneys   - Sub consultants  Responsibilities:  The specific responsibilities of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:  Design:  - Oversee preparation of civil construction documents in keeping with the firm’s design philosophy. That philosophy is to provide not only what is necessary from a permitting standpoint, but also to provide with a set of documents which will allow the successful bidder to construct the project efficiently and with minimal changes in scope of work.   - Integration and detailed understanding of multiple key factors should be considered during the course of design:   The following is brief list of some of the key factors:  - Sound engineering practices  - Municipal or other regulatory regulations and requirements   - Sensitivity to costs  - Constructability of the design  - Permitting and Entitlements   - This process is not limited to the solicitation of final construction permits. The Project Manager is expected to work closely with state and other municipal authorities to ensure all appropriate approvals are granted prior to commencement of construction.  	 The Project Manager will be expected to represent the firm and the client through multiple entitlement processes if required by the project. Those processes include, but are not limited to:  - Rezonings  - Variances  - Annexations  - Neighborhood Meetings
