Job Description / Duties - Candidate will handle the whole project as a project Manager, he will handle the local worker (labourers, plumbers, technicians) etc, he will report to GM. He should have the knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects for the Residential/Commercial project.

Desired Candidate profile Candidate must have experience into Residential/Commercial projects.

person would be handling the profile right from the beginning till finishing of the project

Skill set required (in case of IT/ Technical requirement) Autocad

BOQ etc;

Relevant Industry Construction/Real-Estate

Salary range and other benefits USD 1500 + Local Allowance 80k Naira+ Bachelor Accommodation+ other expat facilities
