This is the position with Fast Growing Niche eCommerce Player, role involves in driving Sales, Marketing for assigned Territory.  Roles & Responsibilities:   - Own & drive the revenue from the assigned Territory   - Manage a team of 7-10 Sales Professionals.  - Plan and Drive the Team's Target.  - Help Clients to understand and implement product.  - Advise clients on relevant and impact full features of Software.  - Prepare result reports of a Software and interpret them for clients . Also suggest measures to improve the effectiveness through software.  - Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection, graphic design support (with the help of the Graphics Team), campaign activations, result tracking and troubleshooting.  Requirements:   - Motivating leader with excellent track record of past sales achievements.  - Mandatory people management skills (Minimum 1 year)  - 1-3 years of work experience. Relevant experience in Technical Product sales is a bonus!  - Familiarity with the geography of the location applied for.  - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.  - Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated.  - Should be comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams.  - Very high ethical standards.  - Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.  - Keen observer of market conditions & sales influencing factors.  Looking for candidates from the premium institute only.
