- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Ensuring effective sales plan roll out & brand visibility for achieving higher market share in the assigned Territory.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends & tracking competitors activities & providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies.
- Generating revenue through well managed team.
- Responsible for client retention.

- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, email, and networking.
- Managing the CRM and have a track of sales pipeline.
- Follow-ups, negotiation and closures with the clients & Account management of existing clients
