Ensure 100% customer satisfaction in respect to delivery of consignments.  2. Handling last mile logistics for retail customer.  3. Responsible for routing of vans in a manner that ensure meeting of the timelines committed to customers.  4. Hiring, training and retention of manpower and ensuring availability of trained manpower as per plan.  5. Managing a team of 20 operations controller and data entry operators and 200 delivery boys.  6. Formulation of new SOPs and adherence of the existing SOPs with out exceptions.  7. Evaluating current delivery mechanism with a view to see if new hubs need to be added.  8. Managing cash collections and returns and ensure zero leakages.  9. Knowledge of local language is must
