About the role:  Note: BTL / offline Marketing must be the main skill  The person who is go getter,proactively reach out to market,effectively communicate with consumers and engage through various communication channels and plan execute campaigns, make travel great experience for the client customers  KRA:  Consumer Research & Product Development: Develop a good understanding of the market and the consumer to define/ improve on our product offerings set right communication, and develop a structured approach to acquire/ re target repeat customers.  Community engagement: Be the brand ambassador for client- Conceptualize, organize and Involve - Effectively reach out to potential customers and build a loyal, active and a healthy community of client customers across online and offline platforms!  Conceptualize & Execute Campaigns: Actively engage with potential and current customers through various interaction media (online + offline) by launching campaigns maximizing ROI and effectiveness.  Campaign analysis: Defining metrics for evaluation of campaigns, work closely with Business Analyst and monitor the progress of campaigns.  Budgeting: Work closely with top management team on Marketing budget - Planning, delivery and evaluation  Coordination: Agencies and Partner co-ordination, interact with sales and marketing team.On ground execution with Agencies/ Vendors/ Partners: Print & other vendors, Activation agencies, Media Agency (Radio), Corporate & Event Partners.  Team Coordination to get things done in time: Work closely with the sales team to chalk go to market strategy in sync with the sales targets, coordination with central marketing team  Skills required (Technical, soft skills, specific tools, personality traits)  You are a person who does not like staying in office much but loves working at the ground level, good with people skill, communication and think you have perfected the art of understanding people.  You have a sound theoretical knowledge about marketing, sales and strategy but it is the ground experience and the results you have achieved that makes you stand out from the crowd  You are a go getter and some ups and downs on you your way leave you unruffled! Challenges and the end result is what gives you a high - 6 hrs, 24 hrs or 100 miles - flexibility at work and sticking to timelines is what drives you to perform.  Candidate background required (Education & Experience)  MBA with 3+ years of specialization in marketing but an open minded, out of the box thinker, team player and a fast self-learner by person type!
