Job Title - City Manager :

This is a high visibility and growth role in a fast growing startup in one of the hottest growth sectors. The organisation is expanding to multiple locations, and is looking for Leaders to grow their respective markets.

Responsibilities :

- Be the Leader in the respective geography and maintain End-to-End responsibility in these regions

- Complete P&L responsibility in the region

- Implementing growth strategies, Business Development and Operations Management

- Hiring, Managing and charting growth path for Sales & Operations teams

- Day-to-day interactions with CEO/ Company HQ

What you- ll need :

- Graduate from a premium institute (IIM/ISB/ IIT/ NIT/ BITS etc.)

- Nearly 3-5 yrs of Consulting, Business Development, Account Management experience

- Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement strategic plans for the business

- Extrovert, pleasant personality, go-getter and self-learner

- Natural bent towards Sales and Business development

- Ability to build a team, foster a cohesive and creative working environment

- Attention to details with swift execution and multitasking
