Wealth Management Head (City Head)
A young wealth management firm backed by large institutions is looking to hire a business head for leading the company's wealth management business in Hyderabad. The person will be a key driver of the business, s/he will play a highly visible role and will have a unique opportunity to build a new age wealth management business from the ground up while learning from some of the top professionals in the industry with deep experience in alternative products and wealth management. We are a young organization so the mindset needs to be entrepreneurial and the position will offer high growth potential.
Key responsibilities :
Wealth Management:
- Client Relationship Management - Acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking and creating a pipeline of clients.
- Managing clients on an ongoing basis and advising them as per risk preferences of the client.
- Should have knowledge of all capital market products for HNIs, proven capability to service client needs related to these products.
- Should understand our business approach and grow the business in line with that
- Great ideation skills to structure deals as per client needs
Leadership:
- Hire junior team members and train them, lead them to meet organization targets across sales, client acquisitions and retention
- Engage with senior management for developing business plans, processes to grow the business.
The person should have deep experience (10 years+) in sales and relationship management for financial products (mutual funds, PMS, insurance products) and should have a good understanding of financial planning. The person should have worked with well known financial advisory firms and should have strong network with HNIs across Hyderabad/Telangana/AP. Needs to have persuasive selling skills, ability to network and build relationships with existing and prospective clients and positioning Wealth as a brand to clients. Should demonstrate high levels of integrity, an ability to establish trust with clients, strong analytical and interpretative skills and should be self-driven. Ability to work under time pressure and adhere to deadlines. Most importantly, s/he should have deep passion for the financial industry, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a go-getter sales attitude.
Technical (Software / IT related) - Strong on Excel, word and power point - Very important
Education Qualification Required (Please mention in detail): MBA (Finance) from Tier I / II institutes only
