City Head - Operations - FMCG/Retail/Telecom/Hospitality - NIT/IIT

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Strategizing and handling day to day operations in Hyderabad city.

- Responsible for integration of ground operations with technology, core operations.

- To ensure long term and profitable relationships with business partners and supply retention

- Competitive Understanding - Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape of the city.

- Performance monitoring, cost and process optimization of last mile delivery

- Devise Implementation strategy for new products/process launched.

Skills Required:

- BE/B Tech from Tier 1 engineering college.

- Enjoy ambiguity and uncertainty

- A core multi-tasker at heart

- Should have 2-5 years of experience in Operations and Strategy.

- Prefer candidates worked in Similar startup companies or Top FMCG- s

- Co-founded a startup (Or senior roles with team management role) is preferred.
