City Head - Food Tech Startup

- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.

- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.

- Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.

- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.

- Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.

- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

- Responsible for P & L account as per the Business Plan.

- Responsible for Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Vendor Development, Stores & Logistics.

- Responsible for team building, Performance Orientation, succession planning and resource utilization.

- Responsible for balancing the top line and bottom line of the business.

- Responsible for planning, recruitment, training and reporting of sales and supply team

- Implementing the strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness.

- Keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilizing ideas where appropriate.

- Someone who is self-managed, responsible for his work with minimum direction and can meet planned deadlines

- Setup teams, build functions, scale up across the paradigm and lead the P&L for an entire city, as a P&L leader.

- Manage all the employees involved across different departments in that city.

- Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs.

- Taking care of complete sales and P&L management. Kick-start and ensure smooth operations across the city.
