Responsibilities :
Leadership :
- Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge across the operations spectrum.
- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation and deployment.
- Develop, track, and control the development and deployment annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations.
Team Management :
- Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization's investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders with regard to the company's vision, opportunities, and challenges.
- Ensure company operation hurdles are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements.
Position Requirements :
Formal Education & Certification :
- Post Graduate from a premier B School.
- 10+ years experience in F&B / FMCG.
- Hands-on experience either in a startup or creating a Business Unit from the scratch.
- Should have held a State Head position for a minimum of 2 years.
- Exposure to business theory, business process development, governance processes, management, budgeting, and administrative operations.
