Role :
- Business Head, P&L, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Vendor/Partner Management
- Managing company's P&L, Sourcing, Marketing, Operations, Recruitment's, QA, Business Development of Delhi NCR.
- Responsible for the entire P&L and the demand / supply side metrics for the region.
- Responsibilities Leading teams across Sales, Operations, Accounts and Relationship Management.
- Vendor and cab operator management and strategic tie-ups with partners to build a robust pipeline.
- Customer and Driver Pricing Models and customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Planning and implementing sourcing strategies to increase current fleet.
- Establish new processes and setup new initiatives to improve the overall performance of the network.
- Creating executive dashboards for smooth and seamless tracking of various metrics.
- Framing SOPs, Tracking formats, Business dashboards, Employee performance evaluation and Training modules
